Rat IL-2R beta ELISA Kit

This sandwich (double-antibody) ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of IL-2Rβ (Interleukin-2 Receptor-β) in rat samples. It is intended for research use only and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

According to the manufacturer's technical manual, the assay offers a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. A validated Bradford Reagent is included to support total protein quantification and sample normalization. The workflow uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.

Components are shipped on ice packs and stored at 2-8°C, with selected items also suitable for -20°C storage. Reagents and samples should be equilibrated to room temperature before use.
