Rat IL-2R alpha/CD25 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit from Assay Genie, designed to measure IL-2R alpha/CD25 (also known as IL-2Ralpha, CD25, or Interleukin 2 Receptor Alpha) in rat samples. The assay is reactive with rat and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is positioned for immunology research. The target corresponds to UniProt P26897, KEGG K05068, and Gene ID 25704.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 85-99%, 85-98%, and 81-95% in serum; 85-102%, 85-96%, and 83-99% in EDTA plasma; and 87-105%, 83-101%, and 80-100% in heparin plasma. Spiking recovery ranges are 90-101% (average 97%) in serum, 90-100% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 88-105% (average 96%) in heparin plasma.

Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, with shipping at +4°C. The procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin step, 10-20 minutes of TMB colour development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
