Rat IL-22 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1660)

This ELISA-format assay from Assay Genie quantifies rat Interleukin-22 (IL-22), a cytokine secreted by Th17 and Th22 lymphocytes that regulates epithelial barrier function, mucosal defense, and inflammatory signaling. Investigators commonly deploy the kit in rodent models of inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis-like dermatitis, hepatic steatosis, and respiratory inflammation.

The standard curve spans 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity below 10 pg/mL and a 50 µL sample volume per well. Capture antibodies are rat-IL-22-specific and show no significant cross-reactivity with rat IL-10, IL-17A, IL-19, or IL-20. Reconstituted standards and the biotinylated detection antibody vial are stored refrigerated, while the sealed microplate and streptavidin conjugate are protected from light and kept cool until first use.
