Rat IL-1SR 2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double antibody format for the quantitative measurement of IL-1SR 2 in rat samples. IL1SR is a critical accessory protein in the IL-1 signaling pathway, which plays a key role in inflammation and immune responses, with dysregulation of the IL-1 pathway implicated in various inflammatory diseases.

The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Reported linearity in serum at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions ranges from 87–104%, 82–101% and 80–98% respectively (n = 5), and recovery in serum averages 98% across a range of 87–105%.
