Rat IL-1R1 ELISA Kit (RTES01065)

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Rat IL-1R1 (Interleukin-1 receptor type 1) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay is performed in a sandwich ELISA format with a total run time of 3 h 30 min and a sample volume of 100 µL.

Stated performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.88 pg/mL, a detection range of 78.13–5000 pg/mL, and a recovery of 80%–120%. The kit specifically recognizes rat IL-1R1 in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between rat IL-1R1 and analogues reported. At a 1:2 sample dilution, reported linearity ranges are 85–100% for serum (average 91%), 91–105% for EDTA plasma (average 96%) and 87–102% for cell culture media (average 93%). Intra-assay precision CV values range from 4.35% to 5.21%, and inter-assay precision CV values range from 6.25% to 7.39%.
