The Rat IL-17F PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a quantitative tool for measuring interleukin-17F in rat specimens, supporting investigations into inflammatory signaling, autoimmune pathogenesis, and Th17-mediated immunity. IL-17F is a homodimeric cytokine secreted by activated Th17 cells and plays a documented role in mucosal defense, allergic airway inflammation, and joint pathology.

This rat-specific immunoassay is calibrated for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples, enabling studies in collagen-induced arthritis models, experimental colitis, and rodent pharmacology screens.
