Rat IL-12 (p40) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit (Double Antibody format) is designed for the quantitative measurement of IL-12 p40 in rat samples. The assay is based on sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology, in which a capture antibody is pre-coated onto the plate and a biotin-conjugated detection antibody is paired with HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate to produce a blue-to-yellow colour change read at 450 nm.

Validated for rat reactivity, the kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates and other biological fluids. A sensitivity of 7.031 pg/mL and a working range of 11.719–750 pg/mL are reported, with linear dilution (1:2–1:8) and spike-recovery data provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reagents are intended to be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months per the manufacturer.
