Rat IL-12 p35 ELISA Kit (RTES01068)

The Rat IL-12 p35 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures the p35 subunit (IL-12A) of rat interleukin-12, a pro-inflammatory cytokine that heterodimerizes with the p40 subunit to form bioactive IL-12 (p70). The assay uses a sandwich immunoassay configuration on a pre-coated 96-well microplate with an enzymatic colorimetric readout.

Each well requires a 100 µL sample volume, and the kit has been validated for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples from rat models.
