Rat IgG/Immunoglobulin G ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of IgG (Immunoglobulin G) in rat samples. The assay uses a double antibody sandwich format with a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding, followed by TMB substrate color development and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a detection range of 1.563-100 ng/mL. The workflow involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes. Linearity has been validated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for serum (87-100%, 86-102%, 85-101%), EDTA plasma (82-101%, 86-101%, 84-99%) and heparin plasma (82-94%, 81-99%, 81-88%). Reported recovery ranges are 97-104% (average 99%) for serum, 91-105% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 91-102% (average 97%) for heparin plasma.
