Rat IFN-gamma PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich-based ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of IFN-gamma in rat samples. It uses a colorimetric detection method and is compatible with cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum. The kit shows no cross-reactivity with rat CINC-2, CINC-3, CNTF, Fractalkine, IL-1 alpha, IL-1 beta, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, GM-CSF, Leptin, Lix, MCP-1, MIP-3 alpha, beta-NGF, TIMP-1, or TNF-alpha. Sensitivity is reported as 100 pg/ml with a working range of 100 pg/ml - 30000 pg/ml, and a 2 fold dilution is recommended. The entire kit may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment, at 4°C for up to 6 months, or at -80°C for extended storage; repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided.
