Rat I-TAC (Interferon Inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant) ELISA Kit (RTES01060)

Assay Genie's Rat I-TAC (CXCL11) ELISA Kit quantifies the interferon-inducible CXC chemokine CXCL11 in rat serum, plasma and biological fluids using a pre-coated 96-well microplate. I-TAC, also called CXCL11, is transcriptionally upregulated by type I and type II interferons and signals exclusively through the CXCR3 receptor to drive chemotaxis of activated Th1 lymphocytes, cytotoxic T cells and NK cells during cell-mediated immunity.

The standard curve spans a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with sensitivity below 10 pg/mL, using approximately 100 uL of sample per well.
