Rat HYOU1 (Hypoxia Up Regulated 1) ELISA Kit (RTES01147)

The Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of Hypoxia Up-Regulated 1 (HYOU1) in rat samples. HYOU1, also referred to as GRP170 or ORP150, is an endoplasmic reticulum chaperone belonging to the HSP70 superfamily with a molecular mass of approximately 170 kDa. Expression of this protein rises sharply under low oxygen tension and endoplasmic reticulum stress as part of the unfolded protein response, making it a relevant biomarker in studies of ischemic injury, tumor hypoxia, atherosclerosis, and cellular stress adaptation in rodent models.

Each kit provides reagents for 96 determinations arranged in a microplate format, supporting the parallel analysis of a standard curve and experimental unknowns.
