Rat Histamine Receptor H4/HRH4 ELISA Kit

Engineered for the quantitative measurement of Histamine Receptor H4 (HRH4) in rat-derived samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The kit supports investigation of HRH4's role in immune response regulation and inflammation modulation, areas relevant to allergic and autoimmune disease research.

Sensitivity is reported at 0.188 ng/mL, with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity across dilution has been verified for serum (86–103% at 1:2, 82–88% at 1:4, 84–97% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (89–101% at 1:2, 88–101% at 1:4, 80–97% at 1:8), and heparin plasma (89–104% at 1:2, 83–100% at 1:4, 80–98% at 1:8). Spike-and-recovery averages reach 93% for serum (85–102%), 97% for EDTA plasma (91–101%), and 94% for heparin plasma (86–103%). The workflow involves equilibrating reagents, loading standards and samples for a 90-minute incubation at 37°C, sequential addition of a biotinylated detection antibody (60 minutes) and HRP-streptavidin conjugate (30 minutes), TMB development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution. Unopened reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
