Rat Histamine Receptor H4 (HRH4) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat Histamine Receptor H4 (HRH4) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of HRH4 protein in rat-derived samples, supporting research into histamine signaling, G-protein-coupled receptor biology, and immune cell regulation.

HRH4 is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic lineages such as eosinophils, mast cells, basophils, and dendritic cells. The rat-specific capture antibody shows no significant cross-reactivity with homologous receptors such as HRH1, HRH2, or HRH3 under standard assay conditions.

The microplate is pre-coated with immobilized capture antibody, and bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated detection antibody followed by streptavidin-HRP conjugation. Substrate development produces a measurable signal proportional to receptor abundance in each well.

Components should be stored at -20°C; allow all reagents to equilibrate to room temperature before use. Reconstituted standards remain stable through limited freeze-thaw cycles. The kit is supplied as a complete pack containing pre-coated plate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, dilution buffers, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution, and sealing film.
