Rat Histamine Receptor H3 (HRH3) ELISA Kit

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measuring Histamine Receptor H3 (HRH3) levels in rat tissue homogenates. HRH3 is a presynaptic G-protein coupled receptor acting as an autoreceptor that regulates histamine release in the central nervous system and as a heteroreceptor modulating dopamine, acetylcholine, and serotonin signaling. Receptor-level quantitation supports research into sleep-wake cycles, attention, cognition, feeding behavior, and neuropharmacology, complementing ligand-binding and transcript-based approaches. Each kit supplies reagents for 96 assays and is intended for in vitro research use only. The procedure follows a microplate format with absorbance readout on a standard plate reader. Samples are processed from fresh or frozen tissue and held under refrigerated conditions prior to assay setup.
