Rat Hepcidin (Hepc) ELISA Kit

Hepcidin is a small cysteine-rich peptide hormone secreted primarily by hepatocytes and central to the regulation of systemic iron homeostasis. This rat-specific quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables measurement of endogenous hepcidin in laboratory samples, supporting research into anemia of chronic disease, iron-loading disorders, inflammation-mediated hypoferremia, and erythropoietic signaling pathways.
