Rat Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSPA1A) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat HSPA1A ELISA Kit quantitatively measures the 70 kDa inducible heat shock protein HSPA1A (also known as HSP70-1 and HSP72), a cytosolic chaperone that is transcriptionally upregulated by heat, oxidative, and ischemic stress. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate with a rat-specific capture antibody, supporting research into cellular stress responses, ischemia-reperfusion injury, neuroprotection, and tumor chaperone biology in rat models.
