Rat Heat Shock 27kDa Protein 1 (HSPB1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie rat HSPB1 quantitative immunoassay kit measures Heat Shock 27 kDa Protein 1 (HSP27) in specimens derived from rats. The procedure produces an absorbance-based endpoint that is read on a standard microplate reader, and reagents are supplied in quantities sufficient for one complete plate run.

HSPB1 acts as an ATP-independent molecular chaperone that accumulates rapidly under heat, oxidative, and inflammatory stress.
