Rat HDAC2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of histone deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) in rat samples. It uses a double-antibody format and is suited to research into chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation, areas in which HDAC2 plays a critical role through its regulation of gene expression via histone deacetylation.

The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
