Rat GSK3 alpha/GSK3a ELISA Kit

GSK3A is a regulatory enzyme implicated in multiple cellular processes — including cell growth, differentiation and metabolism — and its dysregulation has been linked to conditions such as cancer, diabetes and neurological disorders. The kit accepts a broad range of starting materials: serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting metabolism-focused research.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 86–101%, 86–104% and 92–101% for serum; 86–98%, 85–101% and 83–96% for EDTA plasma; and 84–97%, 85–100% and 82–98% for heparin plasma. Spike-recovery averages are reported as 96% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma and 96% for heparin plasma. Unopened kits are stored at 2–8°C and are reported stable for 12 months under those conditions.
