Rat Growth Regulated Oncogene Beta (GROb) ELISA Kit

A CXC chemokine central to neutrophil chemotaxis, GROb (Growth Regulated Oncogene Beta) — also known as CXCL2 or MIP-2 — is a key inflammatory readout in rat models of acute tissue injury, sepsis, and pulmonary inflammation. The Assay Genie rat GROb ELISA kit provides a quantitative immunoassay built on a matched antibody pair immobilized in microplate wells, capturing the chemokine from native rat samples and conditioned media before detection via an enzyme-linked secondary antibody and a substrate reaction read on a standard plate reader.

Each kit supplies pre-coated wells sufficient for 96 individual determinations, lyophilized recombinant rat GROb standards for an eight-point calibration curve, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Reconstituted standards and diluted detection antibody should be kept refrigerated and used within the working stability window stated in the lot-specific insert; unused strip wells should be returned to their sealed pouch with desiccant to protect from moisture.
