Rat Growth Factor Receptor Bound Protein 14/GRB14 ELISA Kit

Reported linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) is 87-98% / 90-101% / 95-104% for serum (n=5), 85-99% / 83-95% / 92-101% for EDTA plasma, and 82-92% / 89-102% / 80-97% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 88-102% (average 96%) for serum, 85-105% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-99% (average 93%) for heparin plasma.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
