Rat GRB2-Related Adapter protein 2/GRAP2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Rat GRB2-Related Adapter protein 2 (GRAP2) ELISA Kit is a high-quality colorimetric sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative detection of GRAP2 in rat-derived samples. GRAP2 is a signaling adapter protein involved in cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, and immune response, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid sample types. The protocol involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37 °C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin incubation, and TMB color development read at 450 nm. Spiking recoveries are reported as 88–98% (average 94%) for serum, 85–99% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–103% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. Unopened reagents are stored at 2–8 °C for up to 12 months.
