Rat Gpx2 (Glutathione peroxidase 2) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for the precise measurement of Glutathione Peroxidase 2 (GPX2) levels in rat samples. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and kit components should be stored at 2-8°C.

Reported linearity spans approximately 82-105% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with average recovery between 93% and 99% depending on matrix. The workflow includes equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, 30 minutes with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), 10-20 minutes of TMB colour development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
