Rat GPCR LGR7/Relaxin R1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of GPCR LGR7/Relaxin R1 in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric detection method, supporting research into relaxin signaling pathways, reproductive function, cardiovascular regulation, and tissue remodeling.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions showed serum (n=5) at 88–104%, 87–105%, and 91–102%; EDTA plasma (n=5) at 85–100%, 84–95%, and 83–101%; and heparin plasma (n=5) at 87–100%, 82–94%, and 81–86%. Recovery averaged 95% for serum (range 85–98%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 88–104%), and 92% for heparin plasma (range 86–101%).

Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The six-step assay protocol comprises reagent and plate preparation; primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes; biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes; HRP-streptavidin incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes; TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes; and stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm.
