Rat GPC3 (Glypican 3) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Glypican 3 (GPC3) in rat samples. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples (C0, S1).

GPC3 is a member of the glypican family of proteoglycans that plays a role in cell growth, differentiation, and signaling pathways, with dysregulation implicated in cancer and developmental disorders (S1). Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months (S1).

The workflow includes reagent equilibration, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added (S1). Reported recovery averaged 94% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (S1).
