Rat Glutathione Reductase ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, designed for the accurate and sensitive measurement of glutathione reductase levels in rat samples. The kit uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is suitable for rat serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (87-105%, 83-97%, 83-97% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions), EDTA plasma (85-101%, 85-101%, 82-90%) and heparin plasma (87-102%, 82-97%, 85-98%). Recovery ranges from 85-98% (average 90%) in serum, 94-103% (average 97%) in EDTA plasma and 87-105% (average 98%) in heparin plasma. The procedure involves equilibrating reagents, incubating standards and samples at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Kits should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
