Rat Glutamyl Aminopeptidase/ENPEP/GluAP ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of rat Glutamyl Aminopeptidase (ENPEP/GluAP) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout, and the kit is reactive with rat samples only.

Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The procedure uses a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution, and involves sequential incubations with a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate.

Validation data show linearity of 89–103% for serum, 97–104% for EDTA plasma and 91–98% for heparin plasma at the 1:2 dilution. Spike-and-recovery averages are 96% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 98% in heparin plasma, supporting reliable quantification across common sample matrices.
