Rat Glutamate dehydrogenase/GDH ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) in rat samples. The kit is reactive with rat and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.625-40 ng/mL, with storage at 2-8°C for 12 months. In linearity testing, serum (n=5) showed 90-103% at 1:2, 88-95% at 1:4 and 81-94% at 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma (n=5) showed 87-104%, 82-99% and 82-96%; and heparin plasma (n=5) showed 88-104%, 84-96% and 82-99% at the same respective dilutions. Recovery ranged from 85-97% (average 91%) in serum, 87-98% (average 92%) in EDTA plasma, and 88-105% (average 96%) in heparin plasma.
