Rat GL beta (Galactosidase, Beta) CLIA Kit (RTES00219)

This chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) kit from Assay Genie is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat GLβ (Galactosidase, Beta) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Using a sandwich-CLIA principle, the assay is completed in 4.5 hours on a pre-coated microplate. Standards or samples are incubated with a specific capture antibody, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate; the resulting relative light unit (RLU) value, read on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, is positively associated with the concentration of Rat GLβ.

Stated performance includes a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, using a recommended sample volume of 100 μL. The kit recognizes Rat GLβ in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat GLβ and analogues reported, and reproducibility is given as both intra-CV and inter-CV < 15%. Spike-and-recovery testing yielded average recoveries of 99% in serum (n=5, range 92-109%), 93% in EDTA plasma (n=5, range 88-99%) and 100% in cell culture media (n=5, range 92-108%), supporting quantitative accuracy across common biological matrices.
