Rat GKN2/Gastrokine 2 ELISA Kit

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was demonstrated in serum (92-104%, 89-104%, 92-100%), EDTA plasma (85-101%, 85-98%, 82-101%) and heparin plasma (80-92%, 80-94%, 80-100%). Spike-and-recovery performance was 85-105% (average 97%) in serum, 89-98% (average 93%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-104% (average 97%) in heparin plasma. Components are stored at 2-8°C with a 12-month shelf life, with the microplate and lyophilised standard additionally suitable for -20°C storage up to 12 months.
