Rat GCSFR/CD114 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of GCSFR (CD114) levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. GCSFR (CD114) is a receptor involved in the regulation of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), which plays a critical role in the production and function of neutrophils, and its dysregulation has been implicated in various inflammatory conditions, immune disorders, and hematological malignancies.

The kit offers a reported sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL with a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, and components are intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is documented for serum (86–104%, 88–103%, 86–101%), EDTA plasma (86–100%, 82–99%, 82–100%) and heparin plasma (81–98%, 83–99%, 80–93%). Recovery ranges are reported for serum (87–105%, average 96%), EDTA plasma (87–104%, average 95%) and heparin plasma (86–105%, average 95%). The double-antibody sandwich protocol involves reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
