Rat GATA3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double-antibody assay from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of GATA3 in rat samples. GATA3 is a key transcription factor involved in regulating gene expression and cell differentiation, with roles in immune response, cancer development, and allergic reactions, making the kit a useful tool for research in immunology and oncology.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with an assay range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Unopened kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validated linearity in serum runs 90-103% at 1:2, 85-97% at 1:4, and 84-99% at 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma 90-105%, 91-101%, 82-97%; heparin plasma 87-102%, 83-98%, 83-100%. Recovery ranges from 87-103% in serum, 85-104% in EDTA plasma, and 85-104% in heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 96%, 95%, and 92% respectively.
