Rat Fibrinogen gamma chain ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format with a colorimetric readout at 450 nm following TMB substrate development, intended for quantitative detection of the fibrinogen gamma chain in rat samples. The fibrinogen gamma chain is a key component of the coagulation pathway involved in blood clot formation.

The assay is reactive with rat and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 0.188 pmol/mL with a working range of 0.313-20 pmol/mL. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity and recovery have been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Serum shows linearity of 85-105% at 1:2, 89-104% at 1:4, and 92-98% at 1:8, with recovery ranging 87-105% (average 92%). EDTA plasma shows linearity of 83-99% at 1:2, 85-101% at 1:4, and 87-101% at 1:8, with recovery ranging 86-98% (average 91%). Heparin plasma shows linearity of 83-100% at 1:2, 87-97% at 1:4, and 83-100% at 1:8, with recovery ranging 94-102% (average 97%).
