Rat FGF9 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of fibroblast growth factor 9 (FGF9) in rat samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for research use across studies of cell proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. The kit detects FGF9 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay has a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 87-99%, 83-101%, and 80-96% for serum (n=5); 85-99%, 82-98%, and 85-102% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 87-103%, 83-99%, and 85-101% for heparin plasma (n=5). Average recovery is 93% for serum, 98% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma. The colourimetric protocol uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
