Rat FGF6/Fibroblast growth factor 6 ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate detection of FGF6 (Fibroblast Growth Factor 6) levels in rat samples, providing precise and reproducible results for cell biology and molecular medicine research. The assay is a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL.

The kit can be used with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity in spiked samples is generally in the 79-104% range across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery across the same matrices is reported at 89-104% (serum, average 97%), 90-102% (EDTA plasma, average 94%) and 87-103% (heparin plasma, average 97%). The protocol uses a pre-coated plate with primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB color development read at 450 nm, and a stop solution.
