Rat FAS/CD95 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Rat FAS/CD95 ELISA Kit is a sandwich, double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the quantitative measurement of FAS/CD95, a cell surface receptor that plays a key role in apoptosis and immune system regulation. The assay is reactive with rat and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a working assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL.

Samples and standards are added to a pre-coated microplate; a biotinylated detection antibody binds the captured target, and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin drives a colorimetric reaction with TMB substrate that is read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. A Bradford Reagent is included to enable total protein quantification for sample normalization. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
