Quantify Junctional adhesion molecule A (JAM-A), the protein encoded by the F11r gene, in rat specimens with this colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie. JAM-A is a single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein that localizes to endothelial and epithelial tight junctions, where it regulates paracellular permeability, leukocyte transmigration across vascular walls, and platelet adhesion at sites of vascular injury.
