Rat Estrogen sulfotransferase, isoform 2/STE2 ELISA Kit

Reported linearity values for serum (n=5) are 88-105% at 1:2, 91-94% at 1:4, and 82-93% at 1:8 dilution. EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 90-102%, 90-100%, and 80-97% across the same dilutions, while heparin plasma (n=5) demonstrates 87-104%, 83-100%, and 80-95%. Recovery ranges are 95-103% (average 98%) for serum, 89-105% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-99% (average 92%) for heparin plasma.
