Rat Estrogen sulfotransferase, isoform 1/SULT1E1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Sult1e1 (Estrogen sulfotransferase, isoform 1) in rat samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method based on a sandwich (double antibody) format. A capture antibody specific to the target is pre-coated onto the microplate, and detection is achieved using a biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, and TMB substrate. Optical density is read at 450 nm, with the OD450 value directly proportional to analyte concentration as determined from a standard curve.

The kit shows a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL. It is reactive with rat samples and is supplied for research use only. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. A Bradford Reagent is included for quantifying total protein concentration to support accurate sample normalization. The UniProt reference for the target protein is P52844.
