Rat Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (EGFR2) ELISA Kit

Built around the ErbB2/HER2 receptor (UniProt P06494), this Assay Genie kit delivers quantitative measurement of EGFR2 in rat-derived specimens with sensitivity 0.221 ng/mL and a detection range 0.625 to 40 ng/mL. Each pack contains a pre-coated microplate with capacity for 96 assays, biotinylated detection antibody, calibrated rat EGFR2 standards, washing and dilution buffers, and chromogenic substrate solution for absorbance-based readout on a standard plate reader.

The two-antibody immunoassay format tolerates rat serum samples, EDTA plasma, or heparin plasma specimens, with documented recoveries of 80-102% in serum and 81-100% in EDTA plasma. Linearity holds across 1:2 through 1:16 dilutions in each matrix. Intra-assay precision tracks CV below 10%, and inter-assay CV remains under 12% when three control levels are run across separate plates. Reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and the unopened kit retains activity for 12 months from manufacture when stored refrigerated.
