Rat eNOS/Nitric oxide synthase, endothelial ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in rat samples (Uniprot Q62600). The kit detects the target in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting research applications in cardiovascular biology.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 5) spans 87–101%, 85–99% and 85–89% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with EDTA plasma (n = 5) ranging 88–104%, 83–99% and 87–99%, and heparin plasma (n = 5) ranging 91–101%, 86–99% and 80–94%. Recovery in serum (n = 5) is 85–102% (average 93%), EDTA plasma (n = 5) 85–104% (average 98%), and heparin plasma (n = 5) 86–102% (average 94%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
