Rat Endostatin ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of endostatin levels in rat samples. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection method and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Endostatin is a critical protein involved in inhibiting angiogenesis, with relevance to research in cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammatory disorders.

Sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with a standard range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. In linearity testing, serum (n=5) gave 94–100%, 85–100%, and 86–97% at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions respectively; EDTA plasma (n=5) gave 85–103%, 87–101%, and 85–99%; heparin plasma (n=5) gave 87–105%, 84–101%, and 93–100%. Spike-and-recovery showed serum (n=5) at 91–98% (average 94%), EDTA plasma (n=5) at 87–105% (average 92%), and heparin plasma (n=5) at 87–105% (average 98%).
