Rat EGF ELISA Kit

The protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate, loading standards, samples and controls onto the pre-coated plate, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) ranges 81-104%, EDTA plasma 87-103%, and heparin plasma 81-105% across dilutions, with average recovery of 95% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma.
