Rat EDG7/LPAR3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is designed to quantify EDG7 (Lysophospholipid Receptor 3, also known as LPAR3) in rat samples using a colorimetric detection method. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Linearity in serum is 90-102% (1:2), 92-98% (1:4) and 87-97% (1:8); in EDTA plasma 87-103%, 86-100% and 81-97%; and in heparin plasma 89-104%, 86-100% and 87-93%. Recovery ranges are 89-103% (average 95%) for serum, 88-101% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 89-98% (average 95%) for heparin plasma.

The workflow includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute detection antibody binding step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
