Rat Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1/ENPP1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of rat Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (ENPP1). The double-antibody sandwich format is validated for use with rat serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid samples, and reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The procedure uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. The target (UniProt Q924C3) is implicated in bone mineralization, insulin signalling and phosphate metabolism, making the kit suitable for research areas including signal transduction, metabolism and endocrinology.
