Rat E-Selectin/CD62E ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the detection of E-Selectin (CD62E) levels in rat samples using a double-antibody format and a colorimetric detection method. E-Selectin is a cell adhesion molecule that plays a role in inflammatory responses and leukocyte recruitment, and its expression is upregulated in conditions such as sepsis, arthritis, and atherosclerosis.

Sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL with a measurable range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Linearity and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices.
