Rat Dual specificity protein phosphatase 5 (Dusp5) ELISA Kit

DUSP5 is a nuclear dual-specificity protein phosphatase that is active on phosphotyrosine, phosphoserine and phosphothreonine residues, with its highest relative activity toward ERK1. It functions as a regulator of MAP kinase signalling through inactivation of MAPK activity.
