Rat Dual Serine/Threonine And Tyrosine Protein Kinase (DSTYK) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat DSTYK ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Dual Serine/Threonine and Tyrosine Protein Kinase, also known as RIPK5, in rat-derived samples. DSTYK is a dual-specificity kinase implicated in fibropolycystic kidney disease, autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease research, and hereditary spastic paraplegia, making this assay a relevant tool for studies of renal pathology, neuronal development, and intracellular signaling cascades. The kit is validated for rat samples only, with no significant cross-reactivity with human or mouse DSTYK homologs under standard assay conditions. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotin-conjugated detection antibody, recombinant DSTYK standard, and streptavidin-HRP reagents sufficient for 96 determinations. Apply this kit to tissue homogenates and cell lysates prepared from rat models, with a typical sample volume of 50 uL loaded per well.
