Rat Doublecortin (DCX) ELISA Kit

Doublecortin (DCX) is a microtubule-associated phosphoprotein expressed in migrating neuroblasts and newly generated neurons, widely used as a biomarker for neurogenesis in neuroscience research. This Assay Genie kit supports quantification of DCX in rat tissue homogenates, making it useful for studies of brain development, adult hippocampal neurogenesis, neural progenitor differentiation, and neuronal migration disorders. The microplate arrives pre-coated and is paired with matched antibody reagents for an immunoassay with absorbance-based readout. Store reagents refrigerated and protected from light; allow all components to equilibrate to room temperature before initiating the assay, and limit freeze-thaw cycles of the standard.
